Datebox · Locked prices for Shopify stores
Email support@arteptech.com — we reply within one business day, usually much sooner. Include your store's myshopify domain and the date a customer is asking about.
Can a customer still pick a day I'm closed? No. The picker only lists open days, and the app installs a Shopify Function that refuses the order at the checkout if the chosen day is closed, blocked, full or past your cut-off.
Do I need a special Shopify plan? No. Nothing here uses carrier-calculated shipping, so it works on every plan.
How does the cut-off work? Orders placed after your cut-off count as the next working day, so a 14:00 cut-off with "1 day ahead" means an order at 15:00 today is for the day after tomorrow.
What about time slots? Give a location as many as you like with a capacity each. A full slot disappears from the picker, and the checkout refuses it even if a customer had it in their cart.
Where do I see what's due? The Calendar page shows every order by day or week, with its time slot, whether it is delivery or pickup, and a Print button.
Does the date reach my order? Yes: it is saved as cart attributes, so it appears on the order in Shopify, and the app also tags the order (“Delivery 2026-10-01”), so you can filter and print it.
Does it touch my theme? No. It's a theme app block; uninstalling removes it and leaves nothing behind.
How fresh is the picker? The calendar is republished whenever you change a rule, whenever an order comes in, and every ten minutes — so a day that fills up disappears within minutes.
Uninstalling stops the checkout check immediately. Your bookings stay for 48 hours in case you reinstall, then Shopify asks us to delete your data, which we do within 30 days.
